Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in cases of an order error, a technical defect, or a product fault. Returns are not accepted when the product is sound, matches the confirmed order, and has no issue that justifies a return.

Eligibility & Non-Return Cases

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

Order error or delivery of a non-matching product.
A technical defect or clear product fault.
The product arrives damaged due to packing or shipping error.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

If the product is sound and matches the order.
If there is no defect, fault, or technical issue in the product.
If the request is based only on a change of mind.

Return Procedure

To submit a return request:

The request must be submitted within 3 days from delivery.
The issue details must be stated clearly.
Photos or a video are preferred when contacting via WhatsApp.
The order number or invoice must be provided.
All requests are subject to review and inspection before approval.

After approval:

If the defect or error is confirmed, the return or replacement will be approved as applicable.
The refund will be processed through the original payment method after approval.

Note: No return request will be accepted for a sound product that has no defect, fault, or other issue justifying a return.
