Return Policy

تقبل طلبات الاسترجاع فقط عند وجود خطأ في الطلب أو خلل فني أو عيب في المنتج. لا يقبل الاسترجاع إذا كان المنتج سليمًا ومطابقًا للطلب ولا توجد فيه أي مشكلة موجبة للاسترجاع.
Returns are accepted only in cases of order error, technical defect, or product fault. Returns are not accepted if the product is sound, matches the order, and has no issue justifying a return.

شروط القبول والرفض
Eligibility & Non-Return Cases

يقبل الاسترجاع في الحالات التالية:

وجود خطأ في الطلب أو إرسال منتج غير مطابق.
وجود خلل فني أو عيب واضح في المنتج.
وصول المنتج بحالة متضررة بسبب خطأ في التجهيز أو الشحن.

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

Order error or delivery of a non-matching product.
A technical defect or clear product fault.
The product arrives damaged due to packing or shipping error.

لا يقبل الاسترجاع في الحالات التالية:

إذا كان المنتج سليمًا ومطابقًا للطلب.
إذا لم توجد أي مشكلة أو عيب أو خلل فني في المنتج.
إذا كان سبب الطلب تغيير الرأي فقط.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

If the product is sound and matches the order.
If there is no defect, fault, or technical issue in the product.
If the request is based only on a change of mind.

إجراءات الاسترجاع
Return Procedure

لتقديم طلب استرجاع:

يجب تقديم الطلب خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
يجب توضيح تفاصيل المشكلة بدقة.
يفضل إرفاق صور أو فيديو عند التواصل عبر واتساب.
يجب تقديم رقم الطلب أو الفاتورة.
يخضع الطلب للمراجعة والفحص قبل اعتماده.

To submit a return request:

The request must be submitted within 3 days from delivery.
The issue details must be stated clearly.
Photos or a video are preferred when contacting via WhatsApp.
The order number or invoice must be provided.
All requests are subject to review and inspection before approval.

بعد الموافقة:

إذا ثبت الخطأ أو الخلل، يتم قبول الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بحسب الحالة.
يتم رد المبلغ عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية بعد اعتماد الطلب.

After approval:

If the defect or error is confirmed, the return or replacement will be approved as applicable.
The refund will be processed through the original payment method after approval.

ملاحظة | Note: لا يقبل أي طلب استرجاع لمنتج سليم لا يحتوي على مشكلة موجبة للاسترجاع. | No return request will be accepted for a sound product with no issue justifying a return.
